Calling all painters! Ageless Dreamer, a nonprofit that makes dreams of "the oldest generation" come true, is looking for an artist or two willing to team up with a Hampton painter, born in 1918, whose dream is to paint again.
His caregiver says, "His only 'spark' is to paint again with understanding artists." He seems interested in downtown Portsmouth sights. "It would be nice to know you have a month or six weeks, if it's working well, if a spark is ignited. ...;
Communication alone can sometime create the magic," says Laurie Widmark Founder, volunteer chief executive.
"This gentleman did museum quality art at one time." Primarily a landscape artist, his work is included in collections at The Portland Museum and the University of New Hampshire.
Ageless Dreamer is looking for another artist to help fulfill a dream for a woman born in 1938 by illustrating her 11-page book "Easter Bunny's Destiny," a Christian-based story.

P.S. Special Thanks to the artist Dennis Perrin (www.dennisperrinfineart.com), who volunteered already! |
